Processing of raw materials
What is processing of raw materials?
Although it may be an unfamiliar word, raw materials processing means to blend, mix with excipients, and granulate (i.e., process) high-concentration drug substance (i.e., drug substance) to allow easy use. To meet the diverse needs of our customers, we will provide high-quality, easy-to-use products using a variety of blending, excipient mixing, and granulation equipment and special formulation techniques. Our manufacturing technology enjoys high reputation among pharmaceutical manufacturers and mixed feed suppliers, becoming an important pillar in our current business as a contract business unit.
Manufacturing and supply system
Raw materials processing is carried out at our plants in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. GMP is the standards for manufacturing management and quality control at manufacturing facilities for pharmaceuticals and feedstuffs. It is basic safety management undertaken to properly manage raw materials to final products and supply safe products with a certain level of quality. Our plants undergo numerous audits as GMP plants, and this has led to customer trust. Moving forward, to meet the diverse needs of customers, we will further enhance our production equipment for blending, excipient mixing, and granulation, improve our manufacturing technologies we have cultivated over many years, and reduce raw material procurement costs. In addition to pharmaceutical drugs for animals such as powders and liquids, and feed additives, we will focus our efforts to install the latest manufacturing equipment and improve our technology so that we can provide sophisticated technologies for manufacturing vaccine.

We manufacture high-quality, easy-to-use products by using different blending, excipient mixing, and granulation systems and special formulation techniques. We can meet various needs, including the manufacture of final feed products such as powdered and liquid products, in addition to the raw materials used by manufacturers.
