What is Pig Starter?
Pig Starter refers to solid mixed feed fed from the suckling period. It is the so-called baby food. When piglets grow, their nutritional requirements depend on their age and weight. We therefore provide a lineup of products that can be adjusted according to feeding stages divided in detail.

Manufacturing and supply system
We produce artificial milk for piglets tailored to their different feeding stages at the two sites: Takasaki Plant (Gunma Prefecture) and Hyuga Plant (Miyazaki Prefecture). This two-plant system enables us to promptly provide customers with products customized to regional characteristics. We also use special raw materials such as plasma proteins to provide products that meet customer needs.
Product characteristics
Our patented highly processed cereals (HPC) manufacturing technique enables the special processing of inexpensive raw materials, which can serve as alternatives to expensive processed cereal raw materials.
This has successfully developed high-performance products with excellent digestion, absorption, and swallowing properties while significantly reducing raw material costs. Containing important nutrients blended in good balance according to the development stage of piglets, our products are designed to make it easy for piglets to eat them. Furthermore, our product lineup allows the selection of the best combination of feeds according to customer requirements, such as costs and piglet growth.
Calf Milk Replacer
What is Calf Milk Replacer?
Calf Milk Replacer is feed fed to calves in the liquid form instead of breast milk. They not only include nutrients for sufficient growth but are easy to handle for customers (e.g., easy to melt, less soiling after melting, prevention of caking), which is also a very important factor.

Manufacturing and supply system
Calf Milk Replacer is manufactured at our plant specializing in the manufacturing of milk substitutes. Warehousing of raw materials and products is controlled by an automatic three-dimensional system, and records are managed by bar codes. In addition, robots are used to input raw materials according to the master manufacturing instructions, building a closed manufacturing facility that does not require human hand contact. All detailed records of each process are stored in a database, allowing immediate verification of the history of the raw materials used for a product, such as the date of arrival, place of production, manufacturer, lot number, quality control inspection details, and production process setting conditions. This system minimizes the risk of contamination and incorrect use of raw materials and establishes a hygienic and efficient manufacturing structure with excellent traceability.
Product characteristics
In pursuit of maximizing calf preference and digestibility, our formulation design focusing on growth is combined with the patented spray dry & granulation (SPG) technique to ensure that our products dissolve easily and can be digested and absorbed well. They enjoy high reputation among our customers thanks to both excellent nutritional balance and the ease of handling.
